UN nuclear watchdog is preparing to examine Ukrainian facilities after request from Kyiv. IAEA inspectors were invited by Kyiv after Russia accused Ukraine of planning to use a ‘dirty bomb’. Moscow said it is concerned about Ukraine using explosives laced with nuclear material. Moscow has provided no evidence to back its accusations that Ukraine could use a ‘dirty bomb’.
