Statistics Canada says Canada’s inflation rate fell to 2.8 per cent in June, its lowest level in more than two years. The numbers come as a new report released by the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives found that Canadians earning minimum wage cannot keep up with soaring rental costs.
