Every suburb in Sydney recorded annual house growth in 2021, skyrocketing by as much as nearly $750,000, according to Domain’s Quarterly House Price.

The prime suburb was the Northern Beach’s Warriewood, where houses climbed 51.6 per cent to $2.19 million over the year.

The second highest was Central Coast’s Wamberal rising 47.1 per cent to $1.545 million.

Houses in Inner West’s Alexandria had the least return with a 1.1 per cent increase and a $1.9 million median.

But the best place to invest in is a unit in the Northern Beach’s Queenscliff which shot 37.6 per cent.

The worst place was in the Inner West’s Concord, which saw a decline of 43.6 per cent, where properties are on a $775,000 median.
