Jacinda Arden’s Popularity Drop Shows the ‘Shine has Worn Off’

New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern’s Drop in Popularity

Recastled CEO Kosha Gada says New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern’s drop in popularity after bullying allegations is an example of “when the shine wears off”.

“If there’s a little bit more fluff and celebrity, essentially, to these leaders and not much else,” she told Sky News host Rita Panahi.

“You saw some similar things with Kamala Harris for example, she also had allegations of bullying and staff leaving and even outside the political area with Meghan Markle and examples like that.”
