Morrison distances Federal Government from responsibility for RATs Shortage

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has attempted to distance the federal government from responsibility for the shortage of rapid antigen test kits. He said the states could have acted last November to boost supplies. “It was discussed at National Cabinet in November,” Mr Morrison said during a press conference on Thursday.
