Biden administration refuses to admit America is in Recession
Author Douglas Murray says reality has a certain favourable quality in that it can assert itself in the end “awfully fast”, as the Biden administration refuses to admit America is in recession.
Mr Murray said it seems the White House is avoiding the reality of an economic recession in the United States by simply not saying it is in one.
“This is rather common of the left in recent years, we’ve had the redefinition of woman, we’ve had the redefinition of breast feeding that’s now chest feeding,” Mr Murray told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
“You can wish away reality so long as you’ve got control of the language.”
